| “Faith is much like a rock. A rock has a weight to it, when held in your hand. It is undeniably solid. Some are small like pebbles and that is enough. Others are large as cliffs, to which all stand in wonder. Some rocks are cracked, others weathered. And some are as smooth as polished glass. Some are used to build foundations, some to throw away. Smash it and all the bits become tiny rocks themselves, no matter how small you grind them. Yes, a rock is much like faith, wouldn’t you agree?” |

| This is very good example of what Faith is and how it affects our lives and the lives of those who are around us. I totally agree . :)

| Faith is more like sand as it fills in the spaces between rocks as if faith fill up hollow of our mind. It is loosely, almost in liquid form and it has various shapes. some place has more, some has less. some is fine, some is rough. but sand is all flexble. Their quantity and texture change with environment conditions just as our psychological condition changes. sometimes we need more faith, sometimes less. We cant grasp it tight, but we can definitely feel them slip through our fingers. If we have a closer look, we can see they are acutally shinning sparkle. There are even full of tiny organisms and minerals. As time goes by, weathering(the nature) will transform sand into fine fertile soil where our whole mind and universe are planted on.
Rock is just like our endless inquisition to the world. They come from endless volcanic eruptions. They are hard and solid, appearing like a big problem to be cracked. and there are so much problem left unsolved beneath the earth surface.
As sand helps weathering process, rocks are soon broken into sand too. Eventually, there grow all the trees and flowers!
